摘要
随着我国高等职业教育规模的不断扩大,毕业生人数急剧增长,严峻的就业形势给高职毕业生带来了新的挑战。运用SWOT分析法,对高职毕业生的内部因素、外部因素、优势及劣势等方面进行剖析,分析高职毕业生就业中存在的问题,并提出对策。
With the development of higher vocational education in China, the number of graduates has increased dramatically;the severe employment situation has brought new challenges to the graduates of higher vocational colleges. Through SWOT analysis, the paper analyzes the existing problems and countermeasures in the employment of higher vocational college graduates from the internal and external factors, advantages and disadvantages of higher vocational college graduates.
