落实全面从严治党主体责任过程中压力传导机制的构建——以石家庄铁路职业技术学院为例

摘要 落实好全面从严治党主体责任是深入推进全面从严治党向纵深发展的核心内容,而实现全面从严治党主体责任的压力层层传导则是其中的关键环节。推进高校党委落实全面从严治党主体责任向纵深发展,是坚持社会主义办学方向、落实立德树人根本任务的内在要求。石家庄铁路职业技术学院党委不断增强落实主体责任和监督责任的政治自觉,把任务层层分解、责任层层落实作为突破口,积极构建教育、制度、监督"三位一体"的压力传导机制,切实将全面从严治党主体责任落到实处,为学院的改革创新发展提供了坚实的政治保障。 Implementing the main body responsibility of strictly governing the party in an all-round way is the core content of deepening the comprehensive and strict management of the party, while the implementation of the pressure layer of the main body responsibility of strictly governing the party is the key link. Advancing the party committee of colleges and universities to implement the comprehensive and strict management of the party*s main body responsibility to develop in depth is an inherent requirement for adhering to the direction of socialist school-running and implementing the fundamental tasks of fostering morality and cultivating the students. The party committee of Shijiazhuang Institute of Railway Technology has continuously strengthened the political consciousness of implementing the main body responsibility and supervision responsibility, taken the task layer by layer and the implementation of responsibility as the breakthrough point, actively constructed a stress transmission mechanism of education, system and supervision, which has practically put the main body responsibility of strictly administering the Party into practice, and provided a solid political guarantee for the reform, innovation and development of the College.
