摘要
新时代,随着当前我国社会主义现代化建设和市场经济建设的稳步推进,企业可持续发展成为了新时代下政府和国有企业家重点关注的领域。国有企业发展对社会的发展有着重要的意义,虽然现代国有企业改革的步伐在加快,但是仍然存在着部分问题,员工忠诚就是其中的关键方面。本文将从员工忠诚度的培养和维护出发,探讨国有企业建设优质员工队伍的方法。
In the new era,with the steady advancement of China’s socialist modernization construction and market economy construction,the sustainable development of enterprises has become the focus of government and state-owned entrepreneurs in the new era.The development of state-owned enterprises has important significance for the development of society.Although the pace of reform of modern state-owned enterprises is accelerating,there are still some problems,of which employee loyalty is a key aspect.This article starts from the training and maintenance of employee loyalty and explores the ways in which state-owned enterprises can build a quality workforce.
