摘要 建立了考虑陀螺效应的声表面波在各向同性弹性板中的传播方程。通过数值计算,绘制了绕不同坐标轴旋转时陀螺效应对声表面波波速和波形影响的关系曲线图。计算结果表明:绕声表面波传播方向旋转时的陀螺效应对波速影响较为明显,同时陀螺效应并没有破坏各向同性弹性板中声表面波位移的对称和反对称模态。在实际声表面波陀螺效应传感器设计中,应将传感器设计在合理方位。建立的分析模型更接近于真实的声表面波陀螺效应传感器,为器件精确设计和分析提供了理论指导。 The propagation equation of surface acoustic wave(SAW)in isotropic elastic plate is established with consideration of gyroscopic effects.By numerical computation,the relation curves of the gyroscopic effect on SAW velocity and wave shapes is plotted with the rotating of different coordinate axis.Computation results show that the gyroscopic effects caused by the rotating around the propagation direction of SAW has obvious effect on the wave velocity,and the gyroscopic effects dose not destroy the symmetry and anti-symmetry modal of displacements of SAW in the isotropic elastic plate.In the actual SAW gyroscopic effect sensor design,the devices should be designed in a reasonable direction.The established analytical model is more close to the actual SAW gyroscopic effect sensor which provide guidance for the precise design and analysis of devices.
