摘要
针对国内矿用电机车传统的速度传感器存在安装不便、容易损坏、维修昂贵、抗电磁干扰能力差等弊端,对以交流电机作为牵引机的矢量控制系统进行了改进。通过实验实现了无速度传感器矢量控制系统的高性能控制。综合数据表明:在无速度传感器闭环带载条件下电机转速平稳,完全能够满足矿井牵引的需要,并为矿用电机车无速度传感器矢量控制系统的研究提供了理论指导和参考。
Aiming at the disadvantages of inconvenient installation,easy damage,expensive maintenance and poor anti-electromagnetic interference capability of traditional speed sensor for domestic mining electric motor vehicles,vector control system with AC motor as the traction machine is improved.The high-performance control of speed sensorless vector control system is realized through experiments.The comprehensive data shows that the motor rotating speed smoothly under the condition of speed sensorless closed-loop loading,which can fully meet the needs of mine traction, and provides theoretical guidance and reference for study of speed sensorless vector control of mining electric locomotive.
