乡村振兴视域下乡贤治村的实践路径

The Approach for Rural Sages to Participate in Rural Governance from the Viewpoint of Rural Revitalization

乡村振兴,治理有效是基础。党的十九大报告强调:“加强农村基层基础工作,健全自治、法治、德治相结合的乡村治理体系。”这既是实现乡村振兴的重要途径,同时也是乡村振兴战略的应有之义。乡贤治村正是乡村治理中自治、法治、德治的结合点,乡贤对于提高自治水平、推进乡村法治、引领乡村德治能够发挥有益作用,本文旨在研究乡贤对乡村治理的特殊价值,寻找当前村治困境的解决之道,探寻乡贤引领乡村振兴的践行路径。

Governance is the foundation of rural revitalization. The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasized:“We will strengthen basic services in rural communities, and improve the rural governance model which combines self-governance, rule of law, and rule of virtue.”This is an important way to realize rural revitalization and is also the proper meaning of rural revitalization strategy. Rural sages’ participating in the rural governance is a governance model which combines self-governance, rule of law and rule of virtue. This model can play a beneficial role in improving the level of self-governance, rule of law, and rule of virtue. We aim to study the special value of rural sages for rural governance, find the solution to the current village governance dilemma, and explore how rural sages lead the rural vitalization.
