摘要
教育数字鸿沟是不同区域或不同层次、不同配置的学校或学生之间存在的信息技术发展和应用方面的不平衡现象。本文梳理了国内外教育领域数字鸿沟的研究,发现国外研究热点主要在高阶教育数字鸿沟方面,国内主要聚焦于一级接入沟的研究。随着信息技术的发展,数字鸿沟现象整体发展趋势是一级数字鸿沟正在逐渐消弭,而不同受教育群体在使用信息技术的技能水平和动机意愿等差异却让他们之间的差距继续增大。国内研究应当更多转向高阶教育数字鸿沟的研究,并引入更多心理变量,构建更合理的研究范式和模型。
The digital divide in education is an imbalance in the development and application of information technology between schools or students in different regions or at different levels and with different configurations. This paper reviews the research on the digital divide in the field of education at home and abroad, and finds that foreign research focuses on the high-level education gap, while domestic research focuses on the first-level access gap. With the development of information technology, the overall development trend of digital divide is that the digital divide at the first level is gradually narrowing, while the gap between different educated groups in the use of information technology in skills and motivation and other differences between them continues to increase. Domestic research should be shifted to higher-order digital divide research, and more psychological variables should be introduced to construct more reasonable research paradigms and models.
