摘要
本研究以2年生嫁接柿树苗定植在空气控根容器中,在生长季测定凌晨和正午水势、光合作用、气孔导度和蒸腾速率,在生长季结束后测定其株高、地径、侧枝长、侧枝基径、地上地下部分生物量,并测定了不同径级根的根长和根重。结果表明:控根容器苗凌晨水势显著高于大田苗,但二者正午水势没有显著差异。容器苗木的光合速率,气孔导度显著高于大田苗。容器苗的株高、基径、侧枝长度、侧枝基径均显著高于大田苗,容器苗不同直径根的根长和干重、地上部分生物量、地下部分生物量显著高于大田苗,容器苗的根冠比与大田苗差异不显著。以上结果表明:容器苗的水分状况与大田苗没有显著差异,光合作用、苗木生长均好于大田苗,细根生物量增加有利于苗木移栽后的成活。这表明控根容器苗的苗木质量明显好于大田苗,常规水分管理可以满足修根容器苗的水分需求,但要注重高温季节的及时补水。
This study used two years old grafting persimmon seedlings grown in root-pruning container. The water potential, photosynthesis, stomatal conductivity and transpiration rate were measured in the growing season. The Plant height, basal diameter, length and basal diameter of lateral branch underground and aboveground biomass, and root length and weight of different diameter grades were measured at the end of the growing season. The results showed that the predawn water potential of container seedlings was significantly higher than that of field seedlings, and there was no significant difference in the midday water potential between them. The photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance of container seedlings were also significantly higher than those of field seedlings. The plant height, basal diameter, length and basal diameter of lateral branch of container seedlings were significantly higher than those of field seedlings. Root weight of different diameter grades, aboveground and underground biomass were significantly higher, and there was no significant difference in root-shoot ratio between root container seedlings and field seedlings. The results suggested that there was no significant difference in water situation between the container seedlings and field seedlings, but the photosynthesis and growth of container seedlings were better than field seedlings. The increase of fine root biomass may be beneficial to the survival of seedlings after transplantation. The quality of the container seedlings was much better than that of the field seedlings, and the conventional water management could meet the water demand of the container seedlings, but it should pay attention to timely water in the high temperature season.
