摘要
扭杆弹簧的强扭能够提高其强扭方向承载能力和疲劳寿命,但强扭角过大也使材质内部出现损伤,降低寿命。为此需要通过强扭角与疲劳寿命的机理研究,建立它们之间的数学模型。在数学模型的基础上,结合实验得到循环周次和强扭角之间的关系式,最终确定最佳强扭角。
The strengthening of torsion bar spring can improve its loading capacity and fatigue life in the strengthening angle direction, but large strengthening angle brought interior damage and reduced service life. For this reason, the mathematical model between strengthening angle and fatigue life was built through research on mechanism of strengthening angle and fatigue life. based on the mathematical model and compared with test, the relationship between cycle-index and strengthening angle was obtained, finally the best strengthening angle was gotten.
