对挡风玻璃底涂剂使用工艺的探讨

文章对汽车用挡风玻璃底涂剂使用工艺进行研究探讨。结果表明,挡风玻璃底涂剂使用前需摇晃足够时间并选择合适的涂刷工具。涂刷时底涂剂最佳厚度为5~50μm,最多涂刷至第二层,涂刷后在开放24h内进行打胶装配。尽量控制底涂剂涂刷工位处为标准环境。

In this paper,the application technology of windshield primer for automobile was studied and discussed.The results show that the windshield primer should be shaken for enough time and a suitable brush tool should be selected.The best thickness of the windshield primer is 5~50 microns,the most coating to the second layer,glue assembly is carried out within 24h after painting.As far as possible to control the windshield primer station for the standard environment.
