装配式建筑密封胶性能要求与应用分析

Performance Requirements and Application Analysis of Fabricated Building Sealants

装配式建筑具有经济、环保、施工快等优势,在建筑行业中不断的被使用。密封胶是装配式建筑必不可少的粘接材料,其性能直接影响到装配式建筑的质量和使用寿命。首先提出装配式建筑密封胶的性能要求,要求密封胶具有良好的粘接性能、水密性能、力学性能、耐候性能、糯变性能等等,这些性能能够提高装配式建筑粘接质量,保障装配式建筑更长久的使用。然后分析将密封胶应用于装配式建筑中,通过模拟实验的方式,应用指触实验、拉伸试验和户外暴晒试验,检验改性硅酮类的胶粘剂应用于装配式建筑中的效果。实验结果表明,该密封胶具有很好的粘接性能,能够保障装配式建筑的密封防水性能,还具有很好的耐候性,经过长时间暴晒,粘接面不会受到任何的开裂现象。

Prefabricated buildings have the advantages of economy,environmental protection and quick construction,and are used continuously in the construction industry.Sealant is an indispensable bonding material for prefabricated buildings,and its performance directly affects the quality and service life of fabricated buildings. This paper first proposes the performance requirements of fabricated building sealants,which require good bonding properties,watertight properties,mechanical properties,weather resistance,enthalpy properties,etc.These properties can improve the quality of assembled building bonding and ensure longer-lasting use of fabricated buildings.Then,the sealant was applied to the prefabricated building,and the effect of the modified silicone adhesive in the fabricated building was tested by means of simulation experiments using finger touch test,tensile test and outdoor exposure test.The experimental results show that the sealant has good bonding performance, can guarantee the sealing waterproof performance of the assembled building,and has good weather resistance. After a long exposure,the bonding surface will not be subjected to any cracking phenomenon.
