随着我国的科技水平的高速发展,现阶段的化工工程项目建设的发展也紧随其后,人们对于化工机械设备安装的关注度也随之上升。但在近几年中,常因为化工机械设备安装的不完善而发生一些安全事故,不但给商家造成了巨大损失,还给人员造成了伤害,由于此种事故的频繁发生,已经引起了社会的舆论,因此化工机械设备的安装技术逐渐成为了社会的广大关注的焦点,那么,我们在安装过程中如何提高其安装质量已成为减少安全事故频发率的关键点,只有不断的寻找到问题并改进它,这样才会使得后续的工作能够顺利进行。下文主要从机械设备和静置设备两种典型的安装设备来讲述化工机械设备如何进行安装,其中机械设备的步骤有施工准备·开箱检验·基础验收与处理·设备就位、找平、找正·基础二次灌浆·设备拆检、组装和单机试车,而静置设备前6个步骤本质上与机械设备的工序大致相同,仅有后面的设备试压·设备清理封闭和工程交工不同。在安装时都必须按相应的技术要求来做,以防止某些惨痛的事故反生。
