互联网+科技创新资源整合与共享机制研究

当前社会随着科技全球化的不断发展,互联网已经成为当前社会资源利用的重要辅助之一。在当前互联网+的背景下,通过对当前高新科技创新资源的需求分析,在计算机技术的背景理念下,探究如何将科技创新资源的整合与共享与当前的互联网背景有效结合,从何探索出适合科技创新资源整合与共享的开放共享机制,建设相应的管理制度,从而优化科技创新资源对当前科技人员的服务,促进社会发展。本文将从当前科技创新资源分配现状进行分析,结合互联网理念,并提出相应的关于推进互联网+科技创新资源整合与共享的几点建议。

At present,with the continuous development of science and technology globalization,the Internet has become one of the important aids for the utilization of current social resources.In the context of the current Internet+,through the analysis of the demand for current high-tech innovation resources,under the background concept of computer technology,explore how to integrate and share the technology innovation resources with the current Internet background,and explore an open sharing mechanism suitable for the integration and sharing of scientific and technological innovation resources,and the construction of corresponding management systems, thereby optimizing the services of scientific and technological innovation resources to current scientific and technological personnel and promoting social development.This paper will analyze the current status of scientific and technological innovation resource allocation,combine the Internet concept,and put forward some suggestions on promoting the integration and sharing of Internet + technology innovation resources.
