摘要
以液压车为例,就液压车性能缺陷,优化设计各执行零部件,以及液压车的泵源回路、高压回路、油箱回路,以降低液压车运行风险,保证其安全性与稳定性。而改进优化后,化工危险品物流运输液压车设备运行过程中,可切实弥补传统液压车不足,降低运输危险性,确保危险品物流运输安全与稳定。据此,详细分析了化工危险品物流运输的主要影响因素,并针对运输液压车设备做了改进优化设计,最后提出了一些有效的运输设备管理措施,以期能够最大程度上确保化工危险品运输安全。
Taking the hydraulic vehicle as an example,this paper optimizes the performance defects of the hydraulic vehicle,and optimizes the executing parts,as well as the pump source circuit,high-pressure circuit and fuel tank circuit of the hydraulic vehicle,in order to reduce the operational risk of the hydraulic vehicle and ensure its safety and stability.After improvement and optimization,in the process of equipment operation of chemical dangerous goods logistics transportation hydraulic vehicle,it can effectively make up for the shortage of traditional hydraulic vehicle,reduce the transport risk,and ensure the safety and stability of dangerous goods logistics transportation.Based on this,this paper analyzed the main factors affecting the logistics transportation of chemical dangerous goods in detail,and made an improved optimization design for the equipment of transport hydraulic vehicle.Finally,some effective management measures of transport equipment were put forward in order to ensure the safety of transport of chemical dangerous goods to the greatest extent.
