Needs of Innovative Talents in Chemical Enterprises and Reform of Innovative Training Mechanism in Colleges and Universities

在互联网时代,企业发展进入新阶段,化工企业对创新人才的需求持续增加。与此同时,高校培养的毕业生却很少具有创新意识。企业需求和高校培养之间的不匹配越来越明显。为改变这一现状,很多高校在修订人才培养方案时都会提前进行企业需求调研,并且注意到高校创新培养的重要性。因此,我们用创新设计思维重构了专业人才培养方案。文章将从课程改革目标、整体设计思路、工作过程系统化课程开发,改革实施与改革效果等角度介绍创新类课程在专业人才培养中的设计与实践情况,对相关高校的创新人才培养具有一定的参考价值。

In the Internet era,the development of enterprises has entered a new stage,and the demand for innovative talents in chemical enterprises has continued to increase.At the same time,few graduates trained in colleges and universities have innovative consciousness.The mismatch between the needs of enterprises and the training of colleges and universities is becoming more and more obvious.In order to change this situation,many colleges and universities will carry out enterprise demand research ahead of time when revising the talent training program,and pay attention to the importance of innovative training in colleges and universities.Therefore, we have reconstructed the professional training program with the innovative design thinking.This paper will introduce the design and practice of innovative courses in the training of professional talents from the perspectives of curriculum reform objectives,overall design ideas,systematic curriculum development of work process, reform implementation and reform effect,which has certain reference value for the cultivation of innovative talents in relevant colleges and universities.
