论防范化工企业财务风险的机制与方法

On the Mechanism and Method of Preventing Financial Risks in Chemical Enterprises

财务作为企业一切经济活动的前提与基础,与企业的利益具有直接关系,而风险又是市场经济的重要特征,企业的财务管理不可避免会出现诸多风险。财务风险的产生会严重影响到企业的正常生产和经营运转,只有构建科学的防范机制,制定合理的防范方法,才能有效规避财务风险,提高经济管理的水平和效率,实现预期的经济效益。文章针对化工企业财务风险出现的原因进行分析,并提出科学合理的风险防范机制与方法,以期实现企业的可持续发展。

:Finance,as the premise and basis of all economic activities of enterprises,has a direct relationship with the interests of enterprises,and risk is an important feature of market economy,so financial management of enterprises will inevitably face many risks.The emergence of financial risks will seriously affect the normal production and operation of enterprises.Only by establishing a scientific prevention mechanism and formulating reasonable prevention methods can we effectively avoid financial risks,improve the level and efficiency of economic management and achieve the expected economic benefits.In this paper,the causes of financial risks in chemical enterprises are analyzed,and scientific and reasonable risk prevention mechanism and methods are put forward in order to achieve sustainable development of enterprises.
