摘要 为了使二元收敛喷管同时具有较优的气动特性和红外隐身效果,发展和完善了基于超椭圆截面和圆角矩形截面的二元收敛喷管型面设计方法,分析了2种截面的控制参数,采用多项式函数推导了不同类型的横截面控制参数沿程变化规律,指出了截面控制参数与其沿程变化规律之间的几何约束关系,并进行数值计算和试验分析。结果表明:采用横截面构型的二元喷管具有光顺过渡的几何外形,通过选取合适的截面控制参数和沿程变化规律,均可设计出性能较高的二元收敛喷管。 In order to make the two-dimensional convergent nozzle have better aerodynamic characteristics and infrared stealth effect at the same time,the design method of two-dimensional convergent nozzle based on super-ellipse section and rectangle section with filleted corner was developed and improved.The control parameters of two kinds of cross sections were analyzed.The variation law along the path of different types of cross section control parameters was derived by using the polynomial function.The geometric constraint relation between the cross section control parameters and the variation law along the path was pointed out,and the numerical calculation and test analysis were carried out.The results show that the two-dimensional nozzle with cross section configuration has the geometric shape of smooth transition.The two-dimensional convergent nozzle with higher performance can be designed by selecting the appropriate cross section control parameters and the variation law along the path.
