摘要
针对格莱圈密封材料密封性能研究不足的问题,对氟硅橡胶和氟橡胶2种材料制成的O形圈的密封性能进行了仿真研究,采用超弹本构模型对橡胶进行数学描述。结果表明:在有、无液压载荷的情况下,氟橡胶圈的密封性能均比氟硅橡胶圈的更加优异;在4MPa液压载荷的情况下,橡胶圈的压缩率从16%增至28%,氟硅橡胶圈的密封能力变化不大,而氟橡胶圈的密封能力则相应提高。
In order to solve the problem of insufficient research on sealing performance of glyd ring sealing material,the sealing performance of O-ring made of fluorosilicone rubber and fluorine rubber was simulated and studied.The superelastic constitutive model was used to describe the rubber mathematically.The results show that the sealing performance of fluorine rubber ring is better than that of fluorosilicone rubber ring under the condition of hydraulic pressure and no hydraulic load.In the 4 MPa hydraulic load,the compression ratio of rubber ring increases from 16% to 28%,and the sealing capacity of fluorosilicone rubber ring does not change much,while the sealing capacity of fluorine rubber ring increases accordingly.
