摘要
为了满足航空发动机外场试验要求,针对某型发动机外场试验设计了多功能便携式数据采集系统。选用NIcDAQ等军品级电子器件采集发动机的压力、温度、转速等参数;采用市电与军品锂电池供电方式保证系统的正常工作;系统软件基于LabVIEW平台进行设计,实现了数据采集、显示、存储、复放、通道自检等功能;外场发动机在装机状态下即可利用该系统进行地面试验。外场测试结果表明:所设计的测试系统具备功能完善、使用方便、携带便捷等特点,可满足系统的设计要求。
In order to meet the requirements of aeroengine field test,a multifunctional portable data acquisition system was designed for a certain type of engine field test.NI cDAQ and other military-grade electronic devices were used to collect the pressure,temperature and rotational speed of the engine.The normal work of the system was ensured by using the power supply modes of municipal power and military lithium battery.The system software was designed based on LabVIEW platform.The functions of data acquisition,display,storage, replay,channel self-test and so on were realized.The system could be used to carry out the ground test of the field engine in the installed state.The field test results show that the designed test system has the characteristics of perfect function,convenient use and portability,and can meet the design requirements of the system.
