医教协同背景下医学影像技术专业“1+1+1”人才培养模式的研究与实践 被引量:7

摘要 目的在医教协同的背景下,观察“1+1+1”人才培养模式应用于高职医学影像技术专业的效果。方法校院双方通过共同制定专业人才培养方案、课程标准和授课计划,推行同质化教学。在实践中,将随机抽样的4个班分为研究组和对照组,研究组在临床医院以“1+1+1”人才培养模式实施教学,对照组在学校以“2+1”人才培养模式实施教学。结果研究组专业课程的考试成绩优于对照组。结论在高职医学影像技术专业采用“1+1+1”人才培养模式效果更好,值得推广。 Objective To observe the effect of “1+1+1” talent training mode applied to medical imaging technology in higher vocational colleges, under the background of medicine-education cooperation. Methods The hospital and the college jointly formulated the training plan,curriculum standard and teaching plan for professional talents. In the practice,samples included four classes selected by random sampling,and were divided into experimental and control groups.In the experimental group,teaching practice of “1+1+1” talent training mode was carried out in clinical hospitals.In the control group,teaching practice of “2+1” talent training mode was carried out in schools. Results The examination results of the professional courses in the experimental group were better than those in the control group. Conclusions The “1+1+1” talent training mode is more effective and worth promoting in higher vocational medical imaging technology.
