我国省级区域体育公共服务与经济协调发展评价研究

Evaluation of Coordinated Development of Provincial Sports Public Service and Economy in China

遵循指标体系构建的基本原则,分理论与实证两个阶段,在广泛借鉴相关研究结果及指标数据可获得的基础之上,采用多种方法构建了我国省级区域体育公共服务发展水平、经济发展水平评价指标体系。用基于因子分析的综合评价方法对我国31个省域2016年体育公共服务发展水平、经济发展水平进行评价,在此基础上运用隶属函数协调发展评价模型对31个省域2016年体育公共服务与经济协调发展状况进行评价。评价结果为:8个协调,4个基本协调,11个弱协调,8个微协调。在19个弱协调和微协调的省域中,有11个省域的体育公共服务发展水平落后其经济发展水平对体育公共服务发展水平的要求,有8个省域的体育公共服务发展水平超过要求。中部地区是我国体育公共服务与经济不协调的重点地区。

Based on the extensive research results and available index data, following the basic principles of the index system construction, this study built an evaluation index system for provincial sports public service development level and economic development level using various methods of index system construction. A comprehensive evaluation method based on factor analysis was used to assess the sports public service development level and economic development level of 31 provinces in 2016. Membership function coordination development evaluation model was used to assess the coordination level between them. The results showed 8 provinces had a good coordination level, 4 provinces had a basically good level, while 11 provinces had a weak coordination level and 8 provinces had a poor coordination level, which suggested that in 19 provinces with a weak and poor coordination level, the sports public service development level of 11 provinces lagged behind the demand of its economic development level for it, while the sports public service development level of 8 provinces exceeded the demand of their economic development level for it. The provinces in the middle part of China were the area with the most serious problem.
