政府支持、农户分化与农户绿色生产知识素养

Study on the Influence of Government Support on Farmers’ Green Production Knowledge Under the Adjustment of Farmers’ Differentiation

以茶叶地理标志保护区818户茶农微观调研数据为例,探讨了政府支持、农户分化及两者间的调节效应对农户绿色生产知识素养的影响。研究发现:(1)农户绿色生产知识素养普遍较低,男性农户、平均规模以上农户及秦巴山区品牌区域农户绿色生产知识素养得分均高于女性农户、平均规模以下农户及黄山山区品牌区域农户;(2)政府支持、收入分化能够直接促进农户绿色生产知识素养,并且政府支持在影响农户绿色生产知识素养时,收入分化起着显著调节作用,但职业分化对农户绿色生产知识素养却有直接抑制作用;(3)通过分组估计可知政府支持、职业分化对男性农户、规模水平以下农户及秦巴山区农户的绿色生产知识素养有显著影响;(4)户主的受教育程度、党员身份及现代通讯设备的使用对其绿色生产知识素养具有显著正效应。上述研究结论有助于理解新常态背景下农户绿色生产知识素养的影响机制,对推动我国农户绿色生产知识素养具有借鉴意义。

Based on the survey data of 818 tea farmers in the tea geographical indication protection area,this paper discusses the impact of government support,farmers’ differentiation and its regulatory effects on tea farmers' green production knowledge.The study found that:(1) Tea farmers' green production knowledge is generally low,green production knowledge scores of male farmers,farmers with over average size business and farmers in Qinba mountain areas are higher than that of the female farmers,the farmers with below average size business and the farmers in Huangshan mountain areas.(2) Government support and income differentiation can directly promote tea farmers’ green production knowledge,and income differentiation can regulate government support to affect tea farmers’ green tea knowledge.But occupational differentiation has non significant effect on tea farmers’ green production knowledge.(3) By group verification,it can be seen that government support and occupational differentiation have significant effects on the knowledge of green production of tea farmers in the male group,the group below the scale level and the Qinba mountain group.(4) In addition,the educational level of tea farmers,the identity of Party members and the use of modern communication equipment have a significant positive effect on the knowledge of tea farmers’ green production.The above research conclusions are helpful to understand the influence mechanism of tea farmers’ green production knowledge under the new normal background,and have reference significance for promoting the tea farmers’ green production knowledge.
