从补肺探讨男性不育症

Discussion on male infertility from the perspective of tonifying lung

男性不育症在中医里被称为"男子绝子""无嗣"。中医学认为,男性不育症的病机与肾、心、肝、脾等脏器密切相关,而其中与肾脏关系最为紧密。肾、心、肝、脾四脏与男性不育症关系的论述存在大量文献资料,而肺脏与男性不育症的关系却较少提及。临床上,从补肺论治男性不育症,亦取得一定疗效。本文尝试从补肺治疗男性不育症进行探讨。

Male infertility is called "male sterility" or "no child" in traditional Chinese medicine, which holds the viewpoint that the etiology of male infertility has close relationship with kidney, heart, liver and spleen, especially with kidney. There are many literatures that discuss the relationship between male infertility and the four internal organs, kidney, heart, liver and spleen. But the relationship between lung and male infertility is less mentioned. Clinically, the treatment of male infertility from tonifying lung has also achieved certain therapeutic effect. Therefore, this paper attempts to discuss male infertility from the perspective of tonifying lung.
