我国医疗行业对人工智能相关人才的需求分析——基于两网站招聘信息的调查 被引量:4

摘要 目的:分析我国医疗行业人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)对相关人才的需求情况,为完善医学人才培养模式提供参考。方法:本文从前程无忧、拉钩网两家具有代表性的招聘类网站获取医疗AI类岗位招聘信息,利用医疗AI工作的人才需求数据分析中国医疗卫生领域对AI相关工作的需求状况。结果:(1)我国医疗人工智能工作岗位主要由制药/医疗、计算机/互联网/电子通信类企业提供,分别占医疗AI行业需求的55%和36%。(2)80%以上的医疗AI岗位对于学历要求为本科及以上,对于工作经验的要求为1年以上,其中40%以上的岗位工作经验要求为3年以上。(3)70%以上的岗位月薪超过1万元。(4)北京、杭州、上海、深圳、广州的医疗AI类工作岗位数量位列全国前五,占全国的75%。结论:目前,我国医疗行业对AI相关人才需求较高,但医疗AI人才相对缺乏。我国医疗AI人才的培养和发展已经初步具备了良好的生态环境:最新的政策环境给医疗AI产业的发展带来巨大的机遇和发展空间;相对集中的AI医疗应用场景有利于更精准地制定人才培养计划;医疗AI人才工作待遇水平普遍较高。 Objective: To analyze the demand of artificial intelligence (AI) related talents in medical profession in China, and to provide a reference for perfecting the training mode of medical talents. Methods: This paper obtains the information of medical AI job recruitment from two representative recruitment websites 51 job and Lagou Net, and analyzes the demand for AI talents in Chinese medical and health field using the talent demand data of medical AI work. Results:(1) In China, Medical AI jobs are mainly provided by pharmaceutical/medical, computer/Internet/electronic communication companies, accounting for 55% and 36% of the demand of medical AI industry respectively. The main work of medical AI is the application of AI technology to realize medical image recognition and intelligent diagnosis, and intelligent device development.(2) More than 80% of medical AI positions require undergraduate academic qualification and above with more than 1 year of working experience as an added advantage, while more than 40% of the jobs require more than 3 years of working experience and in some cases higher academic qualifications.(3) Over 70% of the positions earn a monthly salary of more than 10, 000RMB.(4) A large number of medical AI jobs in Beijing, Hangzhou, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Guangzhou rank in the top five good paying AI jobs, accounting for about 75 percent of jobs countrywide. Conclusions: Presently, there is a relative shortage of medical AI talents while the demand is very high in medical industry in China. The raising of medical AI talents has initially possessed a good ecological environment in China;whereby the latest policy environment brought about enormous opportunities and development space to the development of medical AI industry, and the relatively centralized AI medical application scene became more conducive to making more accurate personnel training plan, and the medical AI talents remuneration amount is generally higher.
