干细胞治疗闭合性不完全肌腱损伤的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 随着体育事业和全民健身的发展,闭合性不完全肌腱损伤发病率逐年上升。目前,临床上常用的治疗方法如非甾体类抗炎药、针灸理疗和声光电刺激等都存在一定的局限性。近年来,基因工程和组织工程不断发展,为干细胞治疗闭合性不完全肌腱损伤打下良好基础。但纵观国内外文献,应用干细胞治疗运动员闭合性不完全肌腱损伤的专题研究较少,本文拟对相关研究做一总结,为后续研究和临床治疗提供参考。 With the development of sports and national fitness, the incidence of closed incomplete tendon injuries has increased every year. At present, clinically commonly used treatment methods such as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, acupuncture physiotherapy and acoustic and optical stimulation have certain limitations. In recent years, genetic engineering and tissue engineering have been continuously developed, laying a good foundation for stem cell treatment of closed incomplete tendon injury. However, through the literatures at home and abroad, there are few special studies on the application of stem cell therapy for athletes with closed incomplete tendon injury. This paper intends to summarize the related research and provide reference for follow-up research and clinical treatment.
