乳腺癌患者心理弹性影响因素及其干预方法的研究进展

Reserch progress of influence factors and intervention methods of resilience in patients with breast cancer

随着乳腺癌发病率的逐年升高,疾病带给女性的不仅是形体改变,还有心理创伤。心理弹性作为积极心理学领域的研究方向之一,受到的关注度与日俱增。本文在介绍心理弹性的概念及理论框架的基础上,综述乳腺癌患者心理弹性的适用量表、影响因素、纵向研究现状以及干预方法,旨在为乳腺癌患者心理弹性的相关研究提供参考。

With the increasing incidence of the breast cancer, it brings women not only physical injury, but also psychological damage. As a research direction in positive psychology, resilience has attracted more and more attention.Based on the introduction of concept and theoretical frame in resilience, this paper reviews questionnaires, influence factors, longitudinal research status and intervention methods in breast cancer patients. It aims to provide a reference for the resilience of breast cancer patients in the future.
