This paper presents a summary of up- to- date knowledge of 2019 Annual Conference of International Society of Heart and Lung Transplantation. Recent advancement of basic science and clinical research is introduced, including the overview of heart transplantation and lung transplantation, mechanical circulatory support application, organ donors and recipients management, biospecimen collection and analysis, transplant immunology, graft dysfunction, infection and other complications, nursing and rehabilitation.
