A case of membrane nephropathy after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation treatment with human amniotic epithelial cells

摘要 目前,异基因造血干细胞移植(allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,allo-HSCT)仍是许多血液系统疾病的主要治疗手段。随着移植技术和支持治疗的进步,allo-HSCT受者预后明显改善,但肾损伤仍是影响其死亡和生存质量的主要因素之一[1]。
