财经院校通识教育模式的现状、问题与对策

溯源于自由教育的通识教育,是培养高水平人才的重要途径。财经院校开展通识教育,既是经济社会发展和高等教育发展的必然要求,也是人才培养模式改革和大学生个体发展的内在要求。现阶段财经院校的通识教育存在定位不准、与专业教育对立、制度不完善、课程体系化程度不高、优秀师资相对匮乏等问题。财经院校要从深化理念、健全制度、课程体系化、建设师资队伍、建立支持体系五个方面着力,才能强化通识教育。

General education that was traced back to free education of is an important way for training high level talents. It is not only the inevitable requirement of economic and social development and the development of higher education, but also the internal requirement of talent training mode reform and college students' individual development for Finance and economics colleges and universities to carry out general education. However, at present, there are such problems as inaccurate location, the opposite of professional education, imperfect system, curriculum systemization degree not being high, relative lack of outstanding teachers and so on in general education of finance and economics colleges. Finance and economics colleges and universities need to deepen the systematic concept, improve the system, systematic curriculum, construction of teaching staff, building support system and so on in order to strengthen general education.
