摘要 研究生是我国创新人才的生力军,而培养创新型研究生就离不开激发和培养他们的创造力。为此,本文对教学与科研的关系从“教研共生”观、“教研独立”观、“教研冲突”观等多个视角进行了全面分析,并提出可通过提升研究生的科研素养、校企联合等方式来促进“科教结合”,从而提高研究生的创造力。通过“科教结合”的方式培养研究生,有利于提高他们的综合素养,促进教学和科研协同创新,从而培养出具有创新精神的高素质研究生。 In China, lots of postgraduates are working hard to create fresh troops of scientific enterprise. In order to cultivate innovative postgraduates, it is necessary to inspire and cultivate their creativity. The relationship between teaching and research can be explained from many aspects such as co-existence of teaching and research and independence of teaching and research. It is feasible and necessary to promote the creative expression of postgraduates through the combination of teaching and research. Through this measure, it is conducive to improving the comprehensive quality of postgraduates, promoting collaborative innovation of teaching and research, and cultivating high-quality graduate students with innovative spirit.
