This paper introduces the modernized coal chemical industry development in the 13th Five-year and the progress of coal control in detail. It prospects the development of coal chemical industry and coal control in the late 13th Five-year Plan. The development of the 14th Five-year modernized coal chemical industry and the idea of coal control are put forward.
