摘要
本文通过分析研究国内外关于世界一流企业的主要论述,原创性地提出了具有全球竞争力的世界一流企业的定义和高、大、强、广、长的5大特征,构建了企业外在表现和内在能力两大类,包括一流的产品服务、一流的规模业绩、一流的品牌形象、一流的布局结构、一流的哲学和文化、一流的领导和战略、一流的治理和管控、一流的创新和技术、一流的资源配置等9个一流的评价指标体系。以此为基础,设计了能源集团旨在创建具有持续价值创造能力和全球竞争力的世界一流综合性能源控股集团的4级81项指标3步走的规划目标体系。
This paper analyzes and studies the main expositions of world-class enterprises at home and abroad, and proposes the definitions of world-class enterprises with global competitiveness and the five characteristics. It distinguishes the external performance and internal strength of enterprise and constructed a nine-index evaluation systems including first-class product service, first-class scale performance, first-class brand image, first-class layout structure, first-class philosophy and culture, first-class leadership and strategy, first-class governance and control, firstclass innovation, and first-class resource allocation. Based on this, the energy group aims to create a three-step plan to be a world-class comprehensive energy holding group with continuous value creation and global competitiveness.
