摘要
目的:探讨原发性遗尿症(PNE)患儿静息态功能磁共振成像(rs-fMRI)基于体素水平的度中心度(DC)变化。方法:纳入22例符合标准的PNE患儿以及33例年龄、性别和受教育程度相匹健康对照组进行静息态fMRI扫描,采用基于体素水平的度中心度(DC)数据分析方法,计算PNE患儿以及正常对照组的DC值,并比较两组之间的差异。结果:相对于正常对照组儿童,遗尿组患儿DC值降低的脑区位于两侧颞叶(右侧颞叶t=-4.1669,左侧颞叶t=-4.5943)及两侧顶叶(右侧顶叶t=-3.9566,左侧顶叶t=-4.1038)。而DC值增高的脑区位于右侧枕叶及小脑后叶(t=4.5026)、右侧额内回(t=3.7887)。且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,AlphaSim校正后)。结论:原发性遗尿症患儿核心节点神经元活动同步性及与相关脑区间的连接发生异常,为PNE的病理机制提供了影像学依据。
Objective: To investigate the brain functional connectiveity changes at voxel level in children with primary nocturnal enuresis (PNE) using degree centrality (DC) analysis method. Methods: Twenty-two children with PNE (PNE group) and age-,sex- and education-matched thirty-three healthy controls (control group) were enrolled and performed resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging (rs-fMRI).The DC values of both groups were calculated and compared. Results: Compared with control group,the decreased DC values were found in bilateral temporal lobe (the right temporal lobe t =-4.1669,the left temporal lobe t =-4.5943) and parietal lobe (the right parietal lobe t =-3.9566,the left parietal lobe t =-4.1038),and the increased DC values were found in the right occipital lobe and the cerebellum posterior lobe ( t =4. 5026),the right medial frontal gyrus ( t =3.7887) in PNE group.The difference between groups was statistically significant ( P <0.05,after AlphaSim correction). Conclusion: The abnormalities of the synchronization of neuronal activity in the core node and the connection with the relevant brain regions were found in PNE children,which may provide imaging evidence for the pathological mechanism of PNE.
