3种中药联合作用对高转移性乳腺癌模型大鼠炎症微环境的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探究3种中药联合作用对高转移性乳腺癌模型大鼠炎症微环境的影响。方法运用Walker 256细胞株建立SD大鼠高转移性乳腺癌模型,大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、复方组(华蟾素片4.8 mg/10 g,参一胶囊0.04 mg/10 g,血塞通片0.3 mg/10 g)、西药组(来曲唑0.2 mg/kg)。Western blot法检测雌激素受体GPER1、ERα及肿瘤炎症微环境相关因子IL-1β、TNF-α、NGF蛋白表达。结果与空白组比较,模型组NGF蛋白表达显著增高(P<0.05),膜受体GPER1蛋白表达显著下调(P<0.01);与模型组比较,复方组GPER1表达显著上调,NGF表达显著下降(P<0.05)。TNF-α与NGF蛋白表达呈显著正相关,GPER1与IL-1β蛋白表达呈显著负相关,ERa/GPER1与IL-1β蛋白表达呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论在高转移性的Walker 256乳腺癌模型中,华蟾素片、参一胶囊、血塞通片联合治疗可通过激活GPER1表达调控肿瘤炎症微环境。
