深度监督法在点控监督模式中的应用

Application of Deep Supervision Method in Point Control Supervision Mode

深度监督法是点控监督模式基础性系列方法之一。以规范化、专业化、标准化的技术监督之路为背景,简要介绍了点控监督模式的结构体理论,深度监督法的内容和做法,包括主要依据、指导思想与思路、目标与原则、"四合一"培训制度及"五化"现场实施模式;系统阐述了单项技术课题实用性技能培训方式的管理程序流程与要求等内容,并对该方法的应用效果进行了分析。

Deep supervision method is one of the basic methods of point control supervision mode. Based on the standardization, specialization and standardization of technical supervision, this paper briefly introduces the structure theory of point control supervision mode,the content and practice of deep supervision method, including the main basis, guiding ideology and ideas, objectives and principles, the four-in-one training system and the "five-in-one" on-site implementation mode. The management process and requirements of practical skills training mode for single technical subject are systematically introduced, and the application results of deep supervision method are analyzed.
