Application of Three-level Supervision and Management Mode in Southwest Oil and Gas Field

随着油气生产由高速增长转向高质量发展,西南油气田在300亿战略大气区建设中,工程技术监督管理面临新的形势和挑战,只有创新工程技术与监督管理,才能保障井控安全及井工程质量,实现投资效益最大化。主要介绍了西南油气田通过创新"驻井+巡井+远程"三级监督模式和推行监督信息化管理,改变传统的监督方式,以达到提高监督效益和效率的目的。

With oil and gas production turning to high-quality development from rapid growth, the engineering technology supervision and management in Southwest Oil and Gas Field is facing new situations and challenges in the construction of 30 billion strategic gas area. Only by innovating engineering technology and supervision and management, can well control safety and well engineering quality be guaranteed and investment benefit maximized. It is introduced in this paper that Southwest Oil and Gas Field changed traditional supervision way through implementation of three-level supervision mode of "standing well + patrolling well + remote" and the informatization management of supervision,in order to achieve the purpose of improving supervision benefit and efficiency.
