摘要
为了在某油田开展长周期现场腐蚀试验,设计并加工了一种特殊的腐蚀检测装置。介绍了该现场腐蚀检测装置的安装方法和检测流程。将几种典型的试验材料,如L80碳钢、P110S碳钢和13Cr不锈钢安装在试验短接上,在油田现场试验,实际试验周期98 d,比推荐的标准试验周期3个月更长。通过试验评价了均匀腐蚀速率和点蚀,碳钢表面存在点蚀,13Cr表面无点蚀。试验结果表明:长周期现场腐蚀测试结果比室内短周期测试的可靠性更高。
In order to carry out long-term field corrosion test in an oilfield, a special corrosion detection device was designed and processed. The installation method and detection process of the site corrosion detection device are introduced. Several typical test materials,such as L80 carbon steel, P110 S carbon steel and 13 Cr stainless steel, were installed on the test short joint and were tested. The actual test period is 98 days in the field test, which is longer than the recommended standard test period of 3 months. The test results show that pitting corrosion exists on the surface of carbon steel and no pitting corrosion exists on the surface of 13 Cr. The reliability of long-period field corrosion test is higher than that of short-period laboratory corrosion test.
