柴达木盆地高温超深井钻完井工艺技术浅析 被引量:2

摘要 随着勘探开发进程的推进及钻井井深的增加,深井、超深井的钻完井工艺技术愈发重要。昆2加深井是青海油田在柴达木盆地阿尔金山前东段冷北斜坡布署的一口预探井,完钻井深7 015 m,是目前柴达木盆地最深井,目前主要面临井底温度高、基岩机械钻速慢、易发生井漏井塌等风险。针对上述难点,开展优化井身结构、优选高效钻头序列、优化钻井液、水泥浆体系等研究,最终形成适应柴达木盆地高温深探井的钻完井工艺技术。应用表明,此技术确保了昆2井加深钻井的顺利完工,为柴达木盆地的超深井钻完井提供了经验,也为深井、超深井勘探提供了技术支撑。 With the advancement of exploration and development, the depth of drilling wells is increasing, and the drilling and completion technology of deep wells and ultra-deep wells is particularly important. Kun2 deepening well is a pre-exploration well deployed in the Lengbei slope of the eastern front of Altun Mountains in Qaidam Basin. The drilling depth of the well is 7 015 m. It is the deepest well in Qaidam Basin at present. This well is mainly faced with high bottom-hole temperature, low penetration rate of bedrock machinery, and the risk of well leakage and collapse. In view of the above difficulties, the research on optimizing wellbore structure, optimizing high efficiency bits, optimizing drilling fluid and cement slurry system is carried out, and finally the drilling and completion technology suitable for high-temperature deep exploration wells in Qaidam Basin is formed. The applications show that this technology ensures the successful completion of Kun2 deepening well, provides experience for drilling and completion of ultra-deep wells in Qaidam Basin,and provides technical support for exploration of deep and ultra-deep wells.
