摘要
针对传统防砂筛管易堵塞、防砂周期短和防砂段容易套损等问题,开展了全膨胀筛管防砂技术研究。采用可解封的双向卡瓦悬挂器进行整体防砂管柱的锚定,下入可变径液压胀锥对膨胀筛管进行膨胀作业,实现了膨胀筛管的全井段无缩颈膨胀。现场试验结果表明:膨胀筛管防砂技术完井后内通径大,筛管完全贴紧井壁,消除了筛管与井壁之间的砂环,防砂效果好,应用推广前景广阔。
A full expansion screen pipe sand control technology was studied in order to solve the problems of easy blockage, short sand control period and easy damage of casing in sand control section of traditional sand control screen pipe. The unsealable bi-directional slip hanger is used to anchor the integral sand control pipe string, and the variable diameter hydraulic expansion cone is used to realize the non-necking expansion of the expansion screen pipe in the whole well section. The field test results show that the expansion screen tube sand-control technology has a large inner diameter after completion, and the screen tube is completely close to the well wall, eliminating the sand ring between the screen tube and the well wall. The technology has a good sand control effect and broad application prospects.
