Analysis of Well HuXX Leakage Event and Some Suggestions

虎XX井是中国石油华北油田分公司的一口定向预探井。该井在钻井过程中发生了严重井漏,通过对井漏发生和处理过程进行详细研究,并从该井的构造、地层、岩性、测井特征以及钻井队井漏处理技术等方面对井漏事件进行了分析。为避免类似井漏事件的发生,从录井队制定卡山计划、卡潜山过程和钻井队处理类似事件两方面提出了启示和建议。

Well HuXX is a directional pre-exploration well in North China Oilfield. Serious lost circulation occurred during drilling.Through a detailed study of the occurrence and treatment of lost circulation, the lost circulation event is analyzed from the aspects of structure, formation, lithology, logging characteristics and drilling team lost circulation treatment technology. In order to avoid the occurrence of similar lost circulation events, suggestions are put forward from two aspects: the formulation and implementation of buried hill locating plan by mud logging team;the handling of similar events by drilling team.
