Multidimensional quantity monitoring model for Baihetan Hydropower Station

白鹤滩水电站工程具有地质条件复杂、工程规模巨大、施工技术难度大、质量标准要求高等特点,为保证白鹤滩水电站工程建设质量,白鹤滩工程建设部作为建设管理单位,充分考虑巨型工程固有质量特性以及建筑市场现状带来的人为质量风险,研究并采用多维度质量监督方式,对工程建设质量进行管控,取得了较好的效果。

Baihetan Project encounters great challenges brought by complicated geological conditions,large scale,difficulties of construction and high quality requirements.In order to ensure construction quality of Baihetan Hydropower Station,Baihetan Project Construction Department,as a construction management unit,takes the risks associated with quality of large dam construction into full consideration,and adopts a multi-dimensional supervision model for quality control in project construction,which has obtained good results.
