白鹤滩水电站施工期水环境保护措施与实践

Measures and practices of water environment protection during construction period of Baihetan Hydropower Station

白鹤滩水电站施工期砂石骨料、混凝土生产规模大,施工人员、设备数量多,污废水产生量大,做好施工期生产生活废水处理是水环境保护工作的重点。在分析白鹤滩水电站施工期主要废水来源及水质特性的基础上,提出施工期水环境保护的主要措施。从运行效果分析,废水处理措施合理有效,能满足水环境保护要求,环境效益明显。

During the construction period of Baihetan Hydropower Station,wastewater treatment for production and domestic use was regarded as a crucial factor for environment protection,because of large scale aggregate and concrete production,numerous employees and equipment had been involved.Through investigation of source of wastewater and water quality status,key measures of environment protection were proposed.The results show that the treatment technologies are sound and efficient that can meet the requirements of water environment protection with obvious environmental benefit.
