摘要
白鹤滩水电站建设规模大、施工周期长、物资需求量巨大、参建单位众多,施工现场人、机械、环境等动态变化使物资调配管理异常复杂,为提高物资调度效率、降低管理成本,保质保量地完成工程物资供应,白鹤滩工程建设部组织研发了基于微信的物资流向和调度管理系统平台.该平台具有及时、便捷等特性,应用该平台较好地解决了水电工程物资调配管理难、物资监控主体责任不落实、质量反馈机制不到位等问题.
Material allocation management of Baihetan Project is extremely difficult because of large scale,long construction period,huge demand of materials,numerous construction units and dynamic changes of people,mechanical equipment and environment in the construction sites of the project.A material flow and scheduling management platform based on Wechat was developed by Baihetan construction department,for the purposes of increase efficiency of maternal allocation,reduce management cost and complete supply of engineering material with quality and quantity.The platform presents characteristics of timeliness and convenience,and may be used to facilitate material allocation and effective management,clarify responsibilities of material monitoring and implementation of quality feedback mechanism.
