摘要
通过对白鹤滩水电站三滩拌和系统预冷混凝土质量控制的分析,从生产环境、制冷系统设备配置选型及运行、混凝土配比组分以及相关管理措施等角度,着重分析了混凝土生产使用控制环节的管理,并结合生产实际提出一系列建议和意见。同时,对预冷混凝土生产全过程、全环境进行深入研究,为大型混凝土生产系统和大体积混凝土生产质量控制积累经验。
Based on the analysis of the quality control of pre-cooling concrete in Santan mixing system of Baihetan Hydropower Station,this paper analyses the production environment,the selection and operation of refrigeration system equipment,the composition of concrete mixing and related management measures.This paper focuses on the management of concrete production and use control links,and puts forward a series of suggestions and opinions combined with production practice.At the same time,the whole process and environment of pre-cooling concrete production are deeply explored to achieve the effect of reliable operation and in-place management,accumulate experience for large-scale concrete production system and mass concrete production quality control,and provide useful reference for quality management of similar or scale systems.
