摘要
白鹤滩水电站导流底孔体型结构复杂,施工工序多(土建与金结施工相互穿插)、工程量大、施工范围狭窄,进入闸墩部位施工后,施工进度明显减缓,影响了工程整体进度。为降低底孔坝段施工对整个大坝浇筑进度的影响,对底孔坝段下游闸墩部位与坝体脱开浇筑进行研究,提出了相应的施工方案。底孔下游闸墩脱开浇筑后,坝体结构实现了快速上升,并为后期接缝灌浆提供有利条件。
The construction of spillway pier had led to delay of overall progress of the Baihetan project,which was mainly caused by complicated shape structures of diversion bottom holes and batch process that induced by interaction between civil works and gold knot construction,large working load and narrow space.Studies has been made on disconnecting grouting of gate pier and dam body at downstream of bottom hole,so as to minimize the influence of bottom hole construction on the grouting of the entire dam.The height of the dam has been raised in a fast speed after separating gate pier grouting,which provides a feasible condition for late joint grouting.
