摘要
竖井滑模混凝土施工质量直接关系到井内设备设施的制造、安装及运行,而测量是滑模施工过程控制的重要项目之一,测量控制是指导滑模施工的关键技术手段,对滑模混凝土的垂直度、井孔结构尺寸、体形偏差起着决定性作用。在分析滑模施工常见问题的基础上,提出了白鹤滩水电站工程左岸出线竖井滑模混凝土施工测量控制的核心要点是模体旋转、模体偏斜和高程偏差,最关键的是控制井身混凝土的垂直度。
Quality control for slip-form technology in shaft concrete construction has direct relations with manufacturing,installation and operation of equipment and facilities.As one of the key elements for quality control of slip-form construction,measurement plays a significant role in controlling verticality,holes structure size and physical deviation of wellbore concrete.Base on analysis of common problems with slip-form construction,it is found that the key areas of measuring wellbore concrete for outlet shaft on the left bank of Baihetan Hydropower Station should be modular rotation,modular deflection and elevation deviation.Moreover,measurement of verticality should be the most important consideration.
