摘要 随着智能电网的建设和发展,传统的电力信息系统运行架构面临着公司业务快速增长,信息技术飞速发展所带来的压力。在信息系统全生命周期管理过程中存在着责任划分不清晰、系统建设时间长、系统升级风险大等问题。为解决存在的问题,本文对将信息系统开发及运维作为整体的DevOps工程思想技术进行介绍和分析,并对DevOps在当前电力信息系统管理过程中的应用模型进行了研究。通过研究在电力信息系统全生命周期过程中建立起基于DevOps的应用模型,为电力信息系统运行架构的发展提供研究基础,推动信息系统的管理方式不断满足精益化管理要求,满足公司业务发展的需要。 With the construction and development of smart grid, the traditional power information system operation architecture is facing the pressure brought by the rapid growth of business and the rapid development of information technology. In the whole life cycle management of information system, there are many problems, such as unclear division of responsibility, long time of system construction and high risk of system upgrade. In order to solve the existing problems, this paper introduces and analyzes the engineering thought and technology of DevOps, which takes information system development and operation and maintenance as a whole, and studies the application model of DevOps in the current power information system management process. The application model based on DevOps is established during the whole life cycle of the power information system, which provides the research foundation for the development of the operation architecture of the power information system, and promotes the management mode of the information system to meet the requirements of the lean management and the business development of the company.
