摘要 黄河下游河道治理是一项复杂的系统工程,不但受系统外社会、环境和上下游边界条件的约束,还受系统内滩与槽关系的强力制约。多年来,科技工作者从不同层面不同角度开展了大量的研究工作,使得黄河下游河道治理的理论与技术有了显著的提高。系统介绍了近年来黄河下游河道滩与槽协同治理的理论和技术研究进展,并进一步指出在未来河道边界条件、区域社会经济发展和生态环境良性维持的现实需求发生显著变化条件下,探求黄河下游河道河流系统滩槽协同治理的策略与方法,可有效解决滩区发展和治河矛盾日益突出的难题,实现区域社会经济发展与黄河防洪安全大局的和谐。 The river regulation work of the lower Yellow River is a complex systematic project.It is not only influenced by those boundary conditions of societies,environments and incoming water and sediment volumes outside the system,but also restricted by the relations of floodplain and main-channel inside.In recent decades,many researchers have done much work from different layers and aspects on this issue.This paper introduced the research progress of the theory and technology on synergistic regulation for floodplain and main-channel of the lower Yellow River and put forward the strategy and methodology of synergistic regulation for floodplain and main-channel to adapt the future boundary conditions of nature,societies and environments,which might solve the conflict between flood prevention and social-economic development in the floodplain and achieve a harmonious state finally.
