摘要
黄河冰凌问题在历史上以危害严重、易致决口、难以防治而闻名于世。黄河凌灾因孕灾环境复杂、突发链发性强、防御困难而成为我国冬春季节大江大河中极为突出的自然灾害。简述几十年来黄河河冰的基础理论、冰凌原型观测、凌情预报和防凌减灾技术等方面的部分研究成果,在此基础上探讨了目前黄河冰凌研究需要解决的若干科学和技术问题,初步展望了黄河冰凌研究的趋势。
The ice problem of the Yellow River is well known in history for its serious harm,easy burst and difficult control.The ice disaster of the Yellow River has become one of the most prominent natural disasters in winter and spring in Chinese rivers.The ice disaster is complex,sudden and difficult to defense.The basic theory of ice,ice prototype monitor,ice forecast,ice prevention and disaster reduction technology in recent decades were briefly described.On this basis,some scientific and technological problems were discussed and the trend of ice research was preliminarily prospected in the Yellow River.
