摘要 通过进抛光机的大米流量与主电机电流存在一定的线性关系,研发一种实时流量智能控制大米抛光机。本文详细介绍了它的工作原理、结构特点和实施方式。该机可以提高出米率1%~1.5%,吨米电耗降低6%;可实现无人化操作,大幅降低设备运行成本,给大米加工企业带来显著的经济效益,具有很好的推广和应用前景。 A real-time flow intelligent control rice polishing machine is developed through the linear relationship between the flow rate of rice into the polishing machine and the current of the main motor. Its working principle, structural characteristics and implementation are introduced in detail in this paper. The machine can increase white rice yield by 1%~1.5% and reduce power consumption by 6% per ton of rice. It can realize unmanned operation, greatly reduce equipment operation cost.It brings remarkable economic benefits to rice processing enterprises, and has good prospects for popularization and application.
